Simple homemade bread recipe

- 350 g of wheat bread flour

- 120 ml warm milk
- 60 ml warm water
How to do it:
Mix well wheat flour with dry yeast (if you use fresh make first solution water+yeast). Add the rest of the ingredients and knead the dough, add melted fat at the end. Knead the dough long enough to make it soft and flexible. Shape it into a ball, place it in a flour-sprinkled bowl, set aside in a warm place, covered with a kitchen towel, to double in volume (it will take about 1.5 hours).
After rising the dough, punch it, knead lightly again, form an oval loaf, put on a baking tray with flour or baking paper. Cover again, leave for 30 minutes (or longer) in a warm place, to double the volume after transfer to the tin I use this one which I bought very cheaply at amazona.co.uk
Using a sharp knife, cut the bread several times and sprinkle with flour.
Heat the oven to 210ºC and bake the loaf for 10 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 190ºC and bake for another 20-25 minutes. The finished bread should be overgrown, brown and sound dull when hit from below. For those who are lucky enough to have a bread maker, follow the instructions on your appliance.
