I also like this soup because it is prepared very quickly. A bowl of creamy green pea soup for dinner makes me optimistic and adds energy and strength in anticipation of the coveted spring. I served the soup with herb croutons and Parmesan cheese.
You will need:
- 1 liter chicken stock
- 2 tbsp oil
- 800 g of frozen green peas
- 2 cooked carrots
- salt to taste
- herb pepper to taste
- parmezan cheese
- herbs croutons
How to do it:
Boil the chicken stock in a pot and put in the peas and carrots. Cook for about 10 minutes until the peas are soft.
Turn off the burner and blend the contents of the pot until you get a smooth consistency.
Turn on the burner under the pot, season with salt, pepper
When the cream boils, turn off the burner again.
Grate the cheese
Serve the finished green pea cream with herbs croutons and Parmesan cheese.
