Chicken goujons or chicken fingers are a great alternative for quick, easy, tasty and fast meal. Poultry is valued as a meat with a delicate structure and easily digestible, which makes it an ideal solution for dinner for everyone and especially for children.
Chicken fingers, chicken goujons: easy cooking
One of the undoubted advantages that stand out of chicken breast tenders is the fact that they can be easily prepared. They do not require more culinary skills, but only knowledge of how to use a knife and frying pan.

You will need:
- 400 g chicken breast fillet, cut into strips
- 35 g plain flour
- 1 large egg
- 100 g dry breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
- vegetable oil for frying
- meat seasoning optional
How to do it:
Wash and clean the chicken breasts, then divide them into small and thin strips. Sprinkle with salt or with you favourite meat seasoning, then prepare three deep plates. Crack the eggs into one of the plates and beat them with a fork, season with salt and pepper. Pour the flour into the second plate, and the dry breadcrumbs to the last.
Roll each of the chicken breast strips in flour, then in a beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. You can get a thicker coating by dipping the meat in the egg and breadcrumbs again. Fry the goujons prepared in this way, in a hot pan with 1/2 inch of oil. Fry for a few minutes on each side until golden colour and crispy crust.
You can serve them with almost everything you like.I mean goes with almost everything: fries, baked or mash potatoes, baby potatoes, rice and salads of various types. it is very easy to choose the sauce for them, you simply choose the one you like bests.
