I am a professional chef and my passion is to cook healthy and tasty family meals. My favourite place at home is kitchen and I spend most of my time there. In the upcoming posts I want to show you how to improve your food habits and how to eat in order to keep in shape.

Why blogging?

  • because I see a lot of bloggs up there where the ingredients for a given dish come from somewhere far away in the world and realistically speaking, we will not have them in our home kitchen
  • I will help you prepare dishes that you will discover yourself that are simple and quick to cook.

If YES this blog it is for you. I want to show you how to eat healthy and tasty. I will not tell you what to eat in order to be healthy, it’s your choice what you eat, but I will give you ideas how to eat better.
